Start of business. Specialization - design and production of non-standard cabinet furniture. The company has been involved in the furniture market for almost three decades.
The company moved from several different small work premises to new, more spacious premises. Naumiesčio st. 5, in Šilutė. The area of the premises was 600 m2.
The first painting chamber with painting equipment was built and installed.
New equipment purchased: frame panel gluing press.
New equipment purchased: "Griggio" sliding table saw. This was the company's first installation from a European machine tool manufacturer.
New equipment purchased: Cehisa curved banding machine. This installation facilitated the edging of parts of various shapes.
Purchased new equipment: Linear banding machine "Cehisa". With their help, the speed and quality of PVC edge lamination has increased.
New equipment purchased: "Griggio" multi-spindle drilling machine. With the help of these machines, twice as many parts are drilled in the same time as with manual drilling.
New equipment purchased: Vacuum press. This installation has greatly expanded the company's technical capabilities - the production of curved parts has begun.
New equipment purchased: German edge banding machine "BRANDT". Speed and quality have been raised to a higher level.
New equipment purchased: CNC "WEEKE Venture1" machining center. Higher product quality, faster production process, new opportunities.
New equipment purchased: "HOLZMA" beam saw. With the help of this machine, the cuting area of the material was used to the maximum, and a high-quality and precise cut allowed to cut a larger amount of parts in a short time.
Purchased new equipment: Four-sided wood planer machine. After the purchase of this equipment, wood processing became much simpler and faster.
Acquired software from "Woody" and "KitchenDRAW". With the help of 3D furniture visualizations, it has become much easier to convey the future image of the project to the client.
New equipment purchased: Three wood milling machines. With the growing demand for wooden furniture, the company has invested in the development of woodworking machinery.
New equipment purchased: Powerful screw compressor with additional equipment that not only justified the need for air, but also has a large reserve to supply air to future equipment.
New equipment purchased: Broadband grinding-calibration machine. As the flow of product processing grew, the speed of operations was successfully increased.
The company has invested in the opening of new showrooms in Panevėžys and Vilnius.
As the number of orders grows, so does the company. Expanded production facilities up to 2400 m2.
A second painting chamber with modern equipment was built.
Warehouse of 650 m2 was built. With the growth of exports every year, the need for short-term storage has arisen.
The third painting chamber with modern equipment was built.
New transport for customer service in Lithuania was purchased.
Purchased new equipment: Intermediate grinding machine before finishing. In this way, the preparation of parts for painting was automated, which allowed to speed up the manual preparation work.
New equipment purchased: Broadband grinding - calibration machine with electromagnetic segment pads. Grinding with this machine ensures high accuracy and high quality.
New state-of-the-art "iMOS" software purchased. With the help of this program, the drawings are transmitted directly to the automated centres. This makes the work even faster and more innovative.
